How is Second Chance funded?
We are supported entirely by donations from people who bring in animals for care, by program fees and grants. To find out about donating or about those who have donated to us, click on the Help Us button on the left.
Where do your animals come from?
Animals come to us from all over Southern Colorado. The general public brings in most of them but we also get animals in from the Division of Wildlife, State Patrol, Pueblo Police Dept., Sheriff's Dept, Pueblo Zoo, Pueblo Animal Services and veterinarians.
